What should I do if my product has melted during shipping?

Since our products are made without harsh chemical emulsifiers and binders, the natural ingredients in the lotions may melt and/or separate when exposed to temperatures over 76-80 degrees Fahrenheit (if you’ve ordered coconut oil through the mail before, you’ve likely seen this occur).

Please don’t worry 🙂

If you receive your item and it has melted, please stir and let sit at room temperature overnight; it should quickly resume its solid structure and be ready for you to enjoy!

Is all your packaging BPA-free?

Yes! All packaging is BPA-free.

Can I sell your products in my store?

We love adding new retailers to our list. If you are a brick-and-mortar store in the US, please send an e-mail to [email protected] or call us at (855) 494-3642 for a wholesale application. Note that we currently do not export wholesale orders outside the US. After we receive your wholesale application and approve your account, you may purchase samples at wholesale price before you place your full order. We do not have free samples to send out; everything we make is made by hand. Our goal is to bring to you the freshest product possible, so we make everything in small batches. We don’t have mass-produced one-time pouches for sample use.

Are your products vegan and gluten-free?

Yes! All products are vegan and gluten-free.

Shipping & Returns:

How long will it take to receive my order?

We offer reliable shipping through USPS. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days unless there is a back-ordered item. When you choose Priority Mail at checkout it is usually in transit for just 2-3 days.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes! Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email from Ziemia with a USPS shipping tracking number. Use the USPS Shipping Tracking Tool to follow your package to your location.

What is your return policy?

Our products include a satisfaction guarantee. We will refund or replace any item, no questions asked, upon request. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at [email protected].

Is your website secure?

Yes! Transactions on this website are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. For more information, click the “GoDaddy Verified & Secured” image link located at the bottom of any page (located in the footer).

Is my credit card information safe when using Stripe during checkout?

Over 100,000 businesses in 25 countries use Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. When using Stripe Checkout, sensitive credit card information is sent directly to Stripe and does not touch (and is not stored on) Ziemia.life’s SSL verified and secure GoDaddy hosted servers or databases.

  • Stripe forces HTTPS for all services using TLS (SSL)
  • All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256
  • Stripe has two PGP keys to encrypt communications
  • Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure
